Description:Hopi songs by various performers recorded by J. Walter Fewkes and Sierra Miwok songs sung by Chris Brown [Chief Leemee of Yosemite] and recorded by Margorie Cummins circa 1940. The museum catalog notes that the songs by Chief Leemee include 'Song of the ang bird' legend and that some are Washo, not Sierra Miwok.
