    • Historical information: These recordings feature Preston Arrow-weed singing and translating the Pipa songs of the Kamia people. The recordings were made by Richard Heller and Edward Henry on August 28, 2008 and September 25, 2007. Mr. Arrow-weed accompanies his singing with a gourd rattle. Normally he uses a tin can rattle with these songs. Originally a turtle shell rattle was used for these songs.
